the BLACK MANOSPHERE (BM) is a global Men's advocacy movement and lifestyle brand, dedicated to educating, inspiring and celebrating Men and boys of color. Our membership is a powerful network of high achieving like-minded Men and access to our content is exclusively for our members.
Instead of being just another black male group, our organizers want Black Men to be the best in their respective industry and set their minds to doing so by openly and proudly celebrating male achievements and speaking on issues often considered taboo in public spaces. Our goal is in helping no less than 2 million Black Men live longer, happier and healthier lives.

Unless you consider "FREE" expensive, then no. We do not charge brothers a membership fee to be a part of the Black Manosphere.
What do the men of the Black Manosphere believe?

I'm glad you asked. There are a few misconceptions of what the Black Manosphere is, and we are here to make clear who we are and what we stand for. Please read our Consitution and Code Of Conduct to learn what every brother understands, agrees to and  abides by.

Can anybody join?

No. Our organization is not open to the public and each man is evaluated as we receive his request to join. Additionally, every candidate must be refered & vouched by another brother already in the Black Manosphere who is in good standing.
Can anybody purchase and wear your paraphernalia?

Yes! We are not a fraternity or secret society. We are simply a social club of men with like-minded ideals.


And just like your local NFL team or favorite grassroots organization, we encourage any and everybody to support and advocate our brand.

Who is the "leader" of the Black Manosphere?

Every single man in the Black Manosphere is the LEADER of the Black Manosphere.


If you're asking who is in charge of handling business, well that's different. Instead of leaders, we have "administrators" here. Currently Bro. Mumia Obsidian Ali (founder), Bro. Shannon Rawls and Bro. Theo Waf are at the helm of the ship.


These 3 men along with a host of about 6 other esteemed gentlemen are working daily to grow and positively change the lives of the men of the Black Manosphere. As we expand, these names and titles will change from time to time.
